Your subscription will then be cancelled 14 days from the date we receive your email. If you are in the middle of a service month, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of the month.

We offer a 30 day free trial period on all packages. If you do not cancel your trial subscription on or prior to the conclusion of the free trial period, whichever package you select for the free trial is the package you will be charged for. You are only entitled to one free trial per business.

From onboarding calls and detailed explainer videos to ticketing support and phone calls with our support team if the questions are difficult to answer. Rest assured that you will receive the answers to your questions in a timely manner. The level of support you receive is determined by the package you subscribe too. No. LANA is an all in one solution. Our goal is for you to reduce the number of subscriptions you have to pay for, that is why this is included in our Automation and Platinum packages.
We use Group Send Gateway to manage your data usage. Dependent on your package you will receive an allocated amount of free credit per month based on your selected package. Once you have used up your free SMS, Group Send Gateway charges 8c per SMS. You will only pay for what you use.

Yes you can! Our phone carrier is Twilio and they enable you to port an already existing number so that this can become your trackable LANA number. Porting a number costs $3USD and will take approximately 1 week. There are a few steps that need to be followed including a phone verification but our support staff are here to help with any questions during this process.
We integrate with simPRO and ServiceM8 on our Automation package to ensure you have a complete start to finish solution. Contacts are captured in LANA and pushed into your job management software and are also pulled from you job management software back into LANA to ensure you have one complete database. Any status, stage or tag changes in your job management software will trigger a workflow to occur in LANA i.e automatically sending a series of SMS and emails relevant to a job, so you know that both systems are working together seamlessly.
